Unfortunately due to high levels of demand and long waiting lists, all of our waiting lists are currently closed.

We will review this at the beginning of December 2011 and may re-open some lists then.

50% of our lettings are via local authority choiced based lettings schemes. Where a property is being let through this method, it will be advertised by the local authority and people wishing to be considered for it can express an interest, sometimes known as bidding. If you are an existing Tung Sing resident and would like transfer to another Tung Sing property, please contact your Operations Officer.

Important : Along with other Housing Associations, around half of our vacant properties are given up to nominations made by Manchester City Council for people on the Manchester Housing Register

 

To maximise your chances of being offered a Tung Sing home we recommend you also register with Manchester City Council by telephoning 0161 953 2525 or register online via their housing website www.manchesterhomefinder.org.uk .  You can specify that you want to be considered for Tung Sing properties when you complete their application
