“Your Shout” is the collection of different ways in which residents and the association communicate with each other. There are different involvement methods for residents to get involved in helping to shape how services are delivered - from making sure your street is as it should be, right up to the Group Resident Board whose work will affect thousands of residents’ lives. And it can be as simple as dropping a note to us, letting us know what you think!

If you are a resident, you will have received a booklet telling you all about the different ways to get involved, but in brief, they can be broken down into five different categories:
