If you wish to swap your home with another resident, either a Tung Sing resident or one from another landlord, you should register with House Exchange. You will then be able to search for a suitable property and find the perfect new home for you
If you are a
resident of another housing association please visit the
House Exchange website to register with your own landlord
Terminate your Tenancy
If you wish to teminate your tenancy you will need to give us four weeks notice (during which time rent will still be payable). You will need to write to us as we cannot accept terminations online or over the 'phone. Click here for our Address
