Tung Sing have teamed up with Allpay to provide all our tenants with greater flexibility when paying rent and service charges

Pay OnlinePay Online

If you have your Tung Sing AllPay Card and a Credit/Debit Card, you can pay your rent online by clicking here




Pay by Direct DebitPay by Direct Debit


Direct Debit is available free of charge to tenants who wish to pay their rent/charges on a monthly basis

You can Download a Direct Debit Application Form. The completed form must be returned to us, and we will need 12 working days from receiving the form back, before your first payment can be taken from your bank account
 
 

Pay by Swipe CardPay by Swipe Card

By Swipe using your swipe card to pay free of charge - at any Post Office or at local shops where you see PayPoint or PayZone signs
 
 

Pay by PhonePay by Phone

You can pay by either credit or debit card to your Operations Officer during working hours. Alternatively, if you have an Allpay Card, you can phone Allpay on 0844 557 8321. You will be asked to quote the 19 digit number from your swipe card. You will be guided through the procedure by a clear voice message and given an online authorisation code
 
 

Pay by TextPay by Text

You can register your credit or debit card and then pay by a simple text message. For more information and to register please click here
 
 

Pay by ChequePay by Cheque

Cheques or postal orders should be crossed and made payable to "Tung Sing Housing Association". Please remember to write your resident reference number, name and address on the back of the cheque. You can find your resident number on your statement, and our address is below
 
 

Pay by CashPay by Cash

You can pay your rent at our Head Office, Victoria House, 119 Princess Street, Manchester, M1 7AG during opening hours (Mon-Thu 9:00am-5:00pm)
 

 

Housing Benefit Housing Benefit

If you receive Housing Benefit, you can arrange for it to be paid directly to Tung Sing by contacting your Local Authority. Please make sure that the amount is enough to cover the full amount of rent and service charges. If it isn't you will need to pay the difference using one of the other methods

It is your responsibility to ensure that your claim with Housing Benefit is renewed at the appropriate time, to provide the relevant documentation to assist your claim, and to inform the Local Authority of any changes in your circumstances that may affect the amount that you are entitled to
