Tung Sing complies with the National Housing Federation's 2004 Code of Governance "Competence and Accountability" and has measures in place to meet the six core principles of good governance set out in the Good Governance Standard for Public Services

Tung Sing Board needs to be carefully balanced to ensure that collectively it has the qualities and experience to direct the association's operations and monitor its performance in all areas of our activity
We will ensure through our recruitment process that Board members have the necessary skills, qualities and experience to run Tung Sing effectively Tung Sing board membership consists of independent and resident members. We actively seek and encourage members representing black and minority ethnic and other diverse interests
