Gas Servicing
Under the conditions of your tenancy you are responsible for keeping any appliances in your home in a safe condition. Additionally we are responsible under law to ensure all properties in our ownership are serviced annually. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that this is carried out, including court action. If you have recently missed an visit by our contractors please ring 0800 107 0527 immediately. Failure to do so could result additional cost to you, or even your home!
