This year Tung Sing is launching a new initiative called ‘Have Your Say’ events.  These events will take place right across the Arena Group so it’s your chance to get involved and have a real say in how we deliver our services.  

Working with residents we have tried to make these events as interactive as possible with the emphasis on informality but ensuring we get feedback to deliver those services that residents want. 

 This is the first year of our ‘Have Your Say’ events and we will be concentrating on three areas which residents have told us are the most important to them.   They are Repairs and Maintenance, Anti Social Behaviour, and our approach to developing local offers following publication of the TSA standards. Apart from this, you will also help review our annual performance and also the customer service standard, to help us to shape the service better.
